Operations Planner

full time position

Key Duties :

  • Work in a team, managing a development project, from setting up of a site to project completion.
  • Responsible for daily supervision of the project, while implementing safety & health policies.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure projects get delivered on time and meet the standard expected of the client.

Essential Criteria :

  • Ability to work autonomously & in a team.
  • Positive, influential, committed and results oriented.
  • Resourceful problem solving.
  • Ability to understand engineering related matters.
  • Interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability.
  • Valid driver's license and able to travel frequently.

Administrative Assistant

FULL TIME POSITION

Key Duties :

  • Assisting our operations team in administrative work.
  • Managing email correspondence for the operations team.
  • Processing documents, collating reports according to standard operational procedures.

Essential Criteria :

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Demonstrate attention to details while being able to multitask.
  • Advance Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Basic IT knowledge is preferable. 
  • Quick learner and loves working in a fast-paced environment.
