Operations Planner

full time position

Key Duties :

  • Work in a team, managing a development project, from setting up of a site to project completion.

  • Responsible for daily supervision of the project, while implementing safety & health policies.

  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure projects get delivered on time and meet the standard expected of the client.

  • Resourceful problem solving.

  • Ability to understand engineering related matters.

  • Valid driver's license and able to travel frequently.

Project Officer

FULL TIME POSITION

Key Duties :

  • Managing the schedule of projects.

  • Problem solving with the operation team.

  • Liaising with clients, tradespeople and suppliers.

  • Develop and improve systems and processes.

Essential Criteria :

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.

  • Demonstrate attention to details while being able to multitask.

  • Ability to implement and create new systems and procedures

  • Advanced computing skills.

  • Quick learner and loves working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to travel to project sites with own vehicle.
