Key Duties :
- Work in a team, managing a development project, from setting up of a site to project completion.
- Responsible for daily supervision of the project, while implementing safety & health policies.
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure projects get delivered on time and meet the standard expected of the client.

Administrative Assistant
FULL TIME POSITION
Key Duties :
- Assisting our operations team in administrative work.
- Managing email correspondence for the operations team.
- Processing documents, collating reports according to standard operational procedures.
Essential Criteria :
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Demonstrate attention to details while being able to multitask.
- Advance Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Basic IT knowledge is preferable.
- Quick learner and loves working in a fast-paced environment.
